    • First-hand Yardi Wizard: Deep experience at the administrator level with Yardi Voyager 7, common Yardi modules (Investor Reporting, Construction, etc.) and custimizations thereof. Prior experience as company SPOC strongly desired.
    • Lead large scale, strategic technology initiatives across the enterprise in conjunction with senior management
    • Manage and develop team of IT professionals with responsibilities spanning help desk, internal dev, vendor relations and hardware procurement.
    • Oversee enterprise software portfolio and vendor relationships (e.g. Yardi, OpsTech, etc) including cost monitoring, negotiation, and accountability. Ensure that these systems are up to date and secure at all times
    • Identify opportunities for streamlining business processes, technological or otherwise, and be able to take the initiative and act on those opportunities
    • Provide end user application support of critical software to other Avesta Teammates
    • Manage the software life cycle for both external vendor and internally developed solutions (i.e. piloting, onboarding, updating, support, maintenance, offboarding)
    • Assist with onboarding new communities into the Avesta family
    • Develop solutions for integrating current and future vendor data into internal data layer as well as connectivity with reporting systems
    • Monitor tech marketplace both multifamily and at large, looking for superior solutions. Be able to quickly investigate, pilot, and select such solutions
    • Develop and maintain Training for both Technical and Non-Technical users


    • At least 3 years of experience in multifamily property management, preferably in an Analyst or IT/Technology role
    • BS or higher in Computer Science or related field
    • Must be proficient in Excel, SQL, HTML and be able to quickly learn new languages as needed. Other programming experience (e.g. JAVA, Python, generic ETL processes) strongly desired.
    • Comprehensive front and backend knowledge of Yardi Voyager (including all common modules such as Blue Moon, Accounting, Investor Reporting, Payscan, etc), OpsTech, Satisfacts, and other Property Management Software.
