The Executive Chairman works with a small team developing business and investment strategy, and with executives running operations. The Director will support the Office of the Chairman, leading internal and external initiatives as directed by Chairman, with a focus on relationship management, marketing, and project management.
The Director should have a passion for people and relationships; unrelentingly pursue and demand perfection; be driven, adventurous, humorous, and flexible; and strongly desire a career supporting Chairman to grow his organizations. The Director must be a self-starter, with a strong ability to manage self and be self-directed. The Director must be consumed with zeal to handle a wide range of duties, including public relations, internal and external communications, and management activities. The position requires a high level of integrity as there is significant exposure to confidential and sensitive information.
