The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Community Manager in achieving the community's pre-determined goals and objectives. The Assistant Manager follows company policies and ensures compliance with all applicable regulations in the proper maintenance, execution and distribution of records pertaining to occupancy, income, and expenses.
