The Project Manager (Multifamily Construction) is responsible for the overall planning and supervision of capital improvement projects and asset preservation for our multifamily communities.

The Project Manager oversees projects from start to finish and controls multiple construction projects simultaneously meeting Avesta’s and third party client requirements to produce functional and financially viable projects. The Project Manager is responsible for preparing budgets and estimates and reporting progress as well as evaluating construction methods and determining the cost effectiveness of plans.
