The Maintenance Supervisor, known as Service Foreman at Avesta, is responsible for serving our residents by resolving all issues in their apartment homes and maintaining the physical integrity of one or more communities. It is the Service Foreman’s responsibility to anticipate, identify and correct any and all maintenance and structural problems that arise and follow Federal Fair Housing, OSHA, ADA, EPA and Avesta policies, safety guidelines and regulations.
To be successful with Avesta you must have the following:
Minimum 3+ years industry maintenance experience
Minimum 5+ years management experience
Minimum 8+ years trade experience (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.)
Tech savvy; efficiently use computers and basic software programs
Some basic tools are required
Certified Apartment Manager Technician
