Responsibilities:

Our Property/Community Managers are totally accountable for all community operations. The purpose of this position is to effectively manage and coordinate persons, activities and available resources in order to accomplish community objectives as set forth by the Regional Manager and Avesta. These objectives will include maximizing occupancy levels and community values.

Qualifications:

To be successful with Avesta you MUST have the following:

  • 5+ years of experience in the apartment property management industry
  • 5+ years of experience as a manager
  • Some experience or involvement in hiring and firing
  • Tech savvy - able to create & read spreadsheets
  • Strength in Sales / Leasing / Closing


 Avesta prefers:

  • Experience using Yardi
  • Service industry experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Bilingual in Spanish
